Kentucky Derby 119 Black Canvas Attache bag from 1993.  Bag has the Kentucky Derby 119 logo along with the Early Times logo on it.
Bag has a top zippered closure along with zippered and slip side pockets.  The bag has 2 hand straps w/ a removeable/adjustable strap.
Interior of bag has multiple pockets to carry pens/pencils and phones.
