    Description

    Presented is a lovely Japanese silver sailing ship figurine. The ship is quite well made and cleverly articulated with a moving rudder and sale. The sides of the ship are engraved with a nice design, and the sail has a circular emblem on the front. The underside of the ship's exterior has a contrasting matte finish. This is a very neat piece of silver work.
    The ship is in great condition. The silver 'rope' in the front may have been repaired, though this may just be an accurate representation of knots. There are no splits, and no dents.
    The ship is hallmarked on the underside with Japanese characters which we unfortunately cannot read. This piece is tested and guaranteed to be at least sterling purity.
    The ship is about 6 1/4 inches tall.
    The ship weighs 202.3 grams or 7.1 regular ounces.
