Vintage Folk Art Handmade Wooden Whirligig Windmill Man Chopping Wood /Tree.
This is a wonderful old whirligig that has a great weathered patina and is in good working condition.  When the windmill turns, the man begins to raise his ax, then lower his ax to the "log" below.  This was originally attached to a pole or fence and there is a small metal rod attached on the bottom to secure the piece in place.  The whirligig is 15 inches in length including the windmill. The lumberjack man is approximately 9 inches tall and the windmill is 13 inches long.
This unique piece will be carefully packed and shipped out promptly upon payment. Please note: I will remove the windmill blade for shipping to ensure that it can be wrapped well and arrive safely. The nut on end of blade will be included in a zip lock bag.
