Vintage ARKANSAS License Plate 1989 sticker IIM 788 expired over three years

Description

Nice vintage ARKANSAS license plate in good condition.  Wikipedia says this plate was made from 1978 to 1988 (plates are usually used the year after last made).  This is in good condition with a little bending at bottom.  Paint is good with one scratch on the first s.  Very little paint rub.  Wonderful for someone born in 1989 in Arkansas or to display on a 1989 model vehicle.
Shipment is usually made the business day after payment is received.  We ship only thru the United States Postal Service to United States addresses only.  A shipping discount is given for more than one auction won that will fit safely in the same package.  Every other Monday we cannot ship, so shipping could be second day after payment is received.
This is a used item and has been exposed to all sorts of things.  It has been cleaned with a gentle cleanser.
We do live with a cat who doesn't like license plates or drive vehicles.
