    Description

    This is: a pretty incredible collection from the Postal Commemorative Society! In 1998 and 1999, the USPS issued 10 sets of 15 stamps each to "Celebrate the Century," one set of 15 for each decade. This collection has all 150 First Day covers in it! Each cover has its own page, each has a Postal Commemorative Society cachet, and all 150 covers are unaddressed!
    The 150 covers come in a handsome blue album that weighs 6.5 pounds. At about 50 cents per cover, this is a bargain!
