Unstruck Matchbook Pussycat & Gayety Adult Theatre Miami Florida 1970s or 1980s

The Pussy Cat, or Pussycat, and Gayety on 78th & Biscayne Blvd. and 2004 Collins Ave, respectively, in Miami Florida, opened in 1970 according to wikipedia. An article from the South Florida Sun Sentinel dated Feb 26, 1987, states that the police in Miami permanently closed the theater down because area residents complained that the neighborhood was overrun with prostitutes. That gives us a window of 17 years to date this cover. Our matchbook doesn't have a date, but I found a website dedicated to preserving Miami adult theater advertising from the 1970s and 80s. Yeah, I have to much time on my hands. An ad for the Pussycat and Gayety from January 1974 has a very similar font and art style, so my guess would be that this cover is from around that time.
I'm sure there are more of these out there, but the only other one I've seen sold on eBay in February of this year for . I think this one is a little nicer than that one was. That seller thought this dated from the 1980s. I have no firsthand knowledge - I'm just I guy with an internet connection and a love of neat old stuff.
