Stainless Steel Travel Sand Scoop
Our 40"  Stainless steel sand scoop is made entirely out of 304# stainless steel .The Duck Bill  mouth is 14 gauge stainless steel .The basket is made of 16 gauge 1/2" welded wire mesh.Wire mesh  baskets sifts wet or dry  sand super fast.The basket has a 1/8"reinforcing ring on the bottom of the scoop. The basket has 14 gauge one inch wide reinforcing plate welded on the front of the scoop.The  sides on the basket have 14 gauge 1/2" wide plates  for extra strength.Reinforced bracket on handle for extra strength.There is a reinforced 1/8 " foot plate on the back of the scoop to allow you to push the scoop into the sand with your foot.The handle is made of 16 gauge 1" diameter stainless steel and is extremely strong .There is a 16 inch handle tig welded on the scoop and the scoop also comes with an additional 24 inch handle that screws into the handle on the scoop .The bolt on the handle is stainless steel so the handles will not rust together .The handle has our 20" comfortable foam rubber hand grip .  This is a very heavy duty sand scoop designed for use in dry or wet sand
