This is: a really nice 1968 edition of the Scott International Stamp Album, for countries Cameroon to Fiume. This album is used, but well cared for, and though you'll see some hinge residue in it, the pages are fresh and clean. It also has its original dust cover! It weighs almost 8 pounds.
