The hat is white with a baby blue band. The words, "Johnson's baby sunblock" is found on 2 sides of the hat. We'd guess the size is for a baby or toddler. We'd also guess these were supposed to be given out at some event long ago. Stored and forgotten! This one looks as good as the day it was made! (we have acquired a few of these) The inner tag tells us it's 100% cotton and a date of 1988. (32 years ago) Usable! Clean! Super cute! Head circumference is approx.  18"!
