    Available now is this Power Breezer model PB10-A-06-B portable cooling misting fan being sold for parts or repair. When the fan goes to power on you need to physically "help" the blades along to get the motor turning, we suspect it is a weak starter capacitor but have not dug into it and it could be something else. Once it starts up it oscillates and operates as it should, the pump for the water tank also works correctly. Being these fans list for nearly k new we thought this would be a good opportunity for someone to save a few bucks and do some repairs on their own, please let us know if you have any other questions.
