i removed prob 8 stapes along the edge
black plush velvet needs a good brushing
it came in a monster crappy frame (not included....and the boards smelled like a smokey stale maryjane party
the paper may have absorbed some staleness   if your sensitive just a heads up a few small tears holes etc from the staples and age
still in above decent condition  my opinion only  your may vary  not an expert in any means
