    on high quality, white, heavy 65# card stock weight paper; three-hole punched, and rounded corners.  For sale is only an album page, there is NOT one of the test format sheets included.
    These "test" Ducks were give away at various stamp shows in 1997 to publicize the testing (for three years) of the new format self-adhesive Duck stamp. No face value. Mainly introduced to simplify selling of Duck stamps to hunters. Still available on eBay for around (5/18/2021).
