About 8 ½” high, 14” wide near bottom, 4” depth near bottom, 9 ½” drop handle.  Zipper top closure, big round “O” hardware on each side. Inside is very, very roomy with a large zipper compartment, eight credit card holders and two deep pockets. Not worn, no tags, no stains, no tears, in great
condition.
Material is very soft.  Has that nice luxurious 'designer' look.
