    This dress has a rounded, smocked/elasticized, ruffled neckline and slips over the head.
    The short puffed sleeves are ruffled at the cuff.
    The body of the dress has a loose, full construction, falling to a ruffled hem, at the knee.
    A coral-colored second ruffle peeks out from beneath the hem.
