    Pieter Irwin Brown was a Dutch-Irish artist who lived in
    Japan in the 1930's. He traveled to Manchuria and Korea,
    producing sketches that were turned into woodblock prints.
    Watanabe prints with Brown do not bear any seal.
    Image measures 11 3/4 inches by 19 3/4 inches
    Some mat burn to edges; toning
