Hazel Portfolio with non-retractable handles.   Tag inside mentions 'Hazel America's Case Maker'.
Measures approximately 17" X 11" (not counting the handles)
Handles are fixed.
There are very few light scuffs.   Nothing deep that you 'can feel' when you rub across it.
These may all come out if cleaned properly, but since I do not know what material this is, I did not attempt to clean them up.
The hinges work well and are firm.  Inside is clean.   It has sat in a closet storing papers and such.
I got this in the late 80s when I worked for Exxon Chemical.   It could have been given to me during my interview process or perhaps at one of those glorious team-building retreats with other materials.   I am not a good judge of materials, so I can't really tell it is heavy vinyl, faux leather, or general leather.  It is one of the thinner and lighter portfolios you may get at such things and is not heavily padded.
