This is: a really great edition of the Grossman Stamp Outfit published in 1960. It's the Grossman Premier album in its original box with all the extras - magnifier, tongs, hinges, a package of 200 stamps, instructions, and a pocket stock book! The perforation gauge is on the back of the stock book. The watermark identifier is not included, as they were made with benzene back then.
The album is in great shape and has a few hundred stamps in it. All in all, this is a whole kit that is hard to find today!
