showing a crest with the word BAYERN and lions on each side of the word.
This heavy ceramic beverage mug, crafted in West Germany, has a pewter lid according to a certificate found inside the tankard.
The item was removed from an estate about 20 years ago and has been in storage. The casting and detail on this piece of Breweriana Art is quite well done. LOOK at photos carefully to see casting detail.
