Arctic Fleece fabric has special characteristics which features body-hugging 4-way stretch and is very breathable.  It maintains the horse's body heat and wicks away moisture from the hair coat keeping your horse warm and comfortable without the weight.  Arctic Fleece is not water proof but performs perfectly in colder weather.  Technically speaking, it is superior to polar fleece, which often attracts bedding material and dirt.
