    Description

    Very nice  Antique Chinese  Sterling Footed Jewelry box. Hand hammered design to top and sides I believe.. Has a monogram. All sterling except for the liner I believe. 6 1/2 inches wide and 5 inches deep. Stands 3 1/2  inches tall.  Has a key. The locking mechanism worked today when I tried it. Weighs over 21 ounces  on my postal scale. including the blue velvet liner.  Marked as shown in photos. Condition is fine. No problems. I THINK there originally was a gold finish as it appears there are still vestiges of gilt there. But it is 99 per cent gone. CJ and Co makers mark.
