very nice unrestored 100% original Arkansas license plate.  2001 base.  12 x 6 inches; red legend on reflective white background.  completely straight and flat, with excellent original paint as seen in the photos.  fresh out of the barn!
type is 'manufacturer, extra'.  the manufacturer got an M-prefix for their first plate, and then any additional plates that they needed during the course of their business were given the MX prefix.  these plates were used on test vehicles being driven by the manufacturer on Arkansas roads to prove their roadworthiness, or to get them to their point of sale.
