Here's a VERY UNIQUE lot of (2) never installed 1954 AND 1955 Arkansas NR license plates. These would have been issued to logging trucks through the department of
natural resources. I was lucky to find a few of these in a large collection of NOS ARKANSAS plates. NOT PERFECT, BUT VERY NICE!
