DESCRIPTION
The item for sale is "Chilean Barbie" dressed fashion doll by Mattel, measuring 11-1/2 to 12 inches tall.  This doll was released in 1998 as a Collector Edition and part of the "Dolls of the World -- South America" Collection. The doll features the closed mouth "Mackie" Barbie face mold. The doll wears a Chilean cowboy-inspired costume.
This South American beauty sends a hearty greeting to Barbie doll collectors everywhere!

Barbie doll wears a charming costume based on the clothing of the huaso, or Chilean cowboy, which is worn for roundups and rodeos. Her bolero jacket is worn over a traditional dress with ruffles on the top and a black skirt on the bottom. Her costume sports a hat and sash banded in red, blue and white, the colors on the Chilean flag. Adios!
The doll is new, never displayed and never removed from its box, which is in near-mint to mint condition (considering that this doll is from 1998). Please refer to the photos - the only exception is some minor shelf wear in the bottom box lid. It is from the collection of a doll collector who is particular about box condition.  The item has been stored in a dust-free, pet-free and non-smoking environment.
