This is a 1940 Modern Postage Stamp Album W/Stamps, Worldwide Stamps, Hardcover by Scott Publications.
This is a used album which may be evidenced by the photos provided.  There is fraying on the edges, some of the interior binding is loose, there is a minor pencil mark on the first page.  There is room in this book for hundreds more stamps than are in it at this timer.  We have shared photos of pages which do have stamps on them. This book has been around for eighty years and has seen some use but it still has a lot of potential for holding and caring for your world stamps.  This album comes as is and will be a great nice asset for a  stamp collector.  There are stamps from Germany, Japan, Hungary, Switzerland and more included.
