1860-O Seated Liberty $ Dollar PCGS MS62 CAC CHOICE ex-Birdwatcher Type Set

Welcome to Earlycoppercoins!  I am the owner, Shawn A. Yancey, and I am a member of ANA and Early American Coppers, EAC #4647.  I am pleased to offer the following item:
From the Stacks auction on 11/30/21, where this coin was lot #3028 and described as: "1860-O Liberty Seated Silver Dollar. OC-2. Rarity-1. MS-62 (PCGS). CAC.  Highly lustrous and largely brilliant with scattered ticks on both sides, reminiscent of the 1860-O silver dollars released by the Treasury in the early 1960s. Deep russet and cobalt-blue toning gathers at selected border areas.  Provenance: From the Birdwatcher Type Set, with a portion of the proceeds to benefit The Nature Conservancy."  The coin realized 20 in that auction, subsequently pedigreed to Rinkor Rare Coins LLC.  A truly gorgeous example at a nice grade and price convergence.
