Just 16 coins grade MS-63 and there are only 8 coins grading finer with the highest grade an MS-64.  This coin is fabulous!  It is struck to full advantage with crisp hair and wing delineation of details.  The luster is superb and rich with pretty elecrtric blue hues intermingled with silver gray and gold overtones.  Just a couple of very miniscule contact marks are noted, mostly on the reverse.  A prize for the advanced collector.  Important and highly sought after first year issue.  One of only 4 coins to receive a CAC designation for the grade!
